Shipping policy

All Wayward Industries products are printed and fulfilled on demand through our production partner. This means your order is made specifically for you, so please allow time for both production and delivery.

Production time

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before they are dispatched. During busy periods (holidays, new releases), this may extend slightly. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves the facility.

Domestic shipping (Australia)

  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Express shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch (where available)
  • Free shipping on orders over $149 AUD

International shipping

  • Standard international: 10–20 business days after dispatch
  • Express international: 5–10 business days after dispatch (where available)
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's tracking portal. If you haven't received tracking details within 7 business days of placing your order, contact us at admin@waywardindustries.com.au.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch with us and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner. We'll do everything we can to resolve it quickly.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before production begins.
