About us

Wayward Industries is an Australian sole trader business (ABN 80 987 563 908), operating a print-on-demand clothing and accessories store. Our products are designed in Australia and produced on demand through our fulfilment partner.

Orders and payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use that payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If this occurs, you will be notified and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Product descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including colours, sizing, and design placement. However, slight variations may occur due to screen display differences or the nature of the print-on-demand process. These minor variations do not constitute a defect.

Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the property of Wayward Industries and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Wayward Industries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
